Robert N. Braverman is one of a select few attorneys that is Board Certified by the American Board of Certification in both Business Bankruptcy Law and Consumer Bankruptcy Law. His uniquely diverse experience includes representing both debtors and creditors in Chapter 11, Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases of varying complexities. Robert was appointed to serve on the Supreme Court of New Jersey District IV Ethics Committee and he also serves as a bankruptcy mediator. Robert has co-authored bankruptcy publications and lectured on bankruptcy for different organizations, including the New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey ICLE and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
